We screen for basic playability, but ownership of the underlying code - and responsibility for its bugs or design decisions - stays with the original maker.

Use of Service: Afbah exists so people can play HTML5 games for free, personally and non-commercially - not so the library or code can be scraped, mirrored, or resold without written sign-off from us first.

Advertising & Availability: Running Afbah costs money, covered here by advertising (including Google AdSense). In exchange, we keep the right to alter, pause, or discontinue any service feature whenever needed, without notice.

Age & Conduct: General audiences are the intended users of afbah.com. Visitors below the age their local law sets for independently consenting to online services should browse alongside a parent or guardian.

Disclaimer of Warranty: There's no warranty behind Afbah's service, express or implied; uptime and bug-free operation aren't things we can promise.

Limitation of Liability: As far as the law permits, using afbah.com is at your own risk regarding indirect or consequential damages - Afbah isn't liable for those.
